How do I request my course sites each semester?

To request your course sites each semester you'll need to complete the myCourses Course Site Request form located here:

Copying Course Sites

Follow these instructions if you would like to copy a previously built site in the new myCourses system to another site.

1. Go in the course you want copied into the new site.
2. In the Course Management area of the side menu, click on “Packages and Utilities.”
3. Click "Course Copy."
4. Click the "Browse" button and from your list of courses select the radio button next to the new site you would like the content copied into, then click Submit.
5. Now click the "Select All" under "Select Course Materials."

NOTE: If you use discussions select “Include only the forums, with no starter posts” under the “Discussion Board” check box.

6. Select "Copy links and copies of the content (include entire course home folder)"radio button under File Attachments.
7. Click Submit. The content will be copied to the destination site. You will receive an email when the copy is complete.
